Welcome to the Liability NavigatorTM Medical Reference library.

These works have been compiled to assist the claims professional to better understand the medical issues encountered in dealing with bodily injury claims.

The libraries are sorted by body part with chapters dealing with head, ear, eye, facial and oral injuries, spinal injuries, thoracic, pelvic and abdominal injuries and injuries to the upper and lower extremity. Each chapter contains text dealing with anatomy for the body part and text explaining how traumatic injuries and their complications are treated. Types of injuries covered include fractures, dislocations, brain injuries, intervertebral disc lesions, sprains and strains, vascular injuries, peripheral nerve injuries, burns and superficial injuries to name just some. Also included is an explanation of each of the treatment procedures, to help you to better understand the type and nature of medical procedures you are likely to encounter in the treatment and management of traumatic injuries.

The libraries also contain a comprehensive medical dictionary of terms you are likely to encounter in dealing with personal injury claims.

Both the library and glossary also contain illustrations to help support the text.
